Players aim laser blasters at targets in projected 3D scenes while the system tracks hits, scores and rounds. Built for older children, teenagers and competitive group play.
What is Astro Blaster?
Astro Blaster is one of the attraction formats available for UTS FlexPlay. Players take a laser blaster and shoot at targets in a 3D scene projected onto the wall, with hits, scores and rounds tracked by the system.
This is the competitive end of the FlexPlay range. Rounds are short and scored, which makes them easy to sell as timed sessions, run as tournaments and repeat: players who lose want another attempt. Aiming with a blaster suits older children and teenagers, and it is the format most often chosen by venues whose visitors are past the age for softer play.
It works in family entertainment centers, arcades and quest venues, teen zones and party rooms where an attraction has to hold a group of older kids and produce a winner.

Cafe Galaxy
Cafe in a far away galaxy was captured by evil space pirates! Players need to eliminate all hostile aliens and score as many points as possible. Additional points can be obtained by hitting various objects. However, you need to be extremely careful and avoid hitting civilians. Become a Guardian of the Galaxy and free the cafe from space monsters!

Hit moving targets on flying platforms inside an unusual forge. One to four players progress through five increasingly fast phases. Scoring depends on the hit zone; armored and bonus targets vary the action, while hazardous targets demand care.

Cannon Cove
Defend a pirate fort by sinking enemy ships and intercepting cannonballs. Solo sessions last 2, 3 or 5 minutes across four sea chapters. Ships take one to five hits; missed cannonballs damage the fort and can end the defense early.

Blaze Brigade
Work as a fire crew, extinguish hotspots and stop flying embers. In 2, 3 or 5 minutes, the team crosses five locations with escalating fires. Spreading hotspots and Deluge bonuses lead to a fiery finale; participants share the team's final score.

Compete in a realistic 3D shooting hall with moving rail targets. One to four players share a hall for 2, 3 or 5 minutes. Center hits and longer distances earn more points, golden targets double rewards, and red crosses incur penalties.

Carnival Alley
Knock down ducks, plates and prize targets across five carnival scenes. One to four players compete for 3, 4 or 5 minutes. Hit streaks raise the multiplier, prize targets add points, and bears marked with a red cross incur penalties and break streaks.

Part of UTS FlexPlay
Astro Blaster can be selected as a standalone starting FlexPlay format or added to a compatible installation later.
It is a separate FlexPlay format and is not part of Magic Wall 3-in-1. A compatible wall can therefore serve softer play formats at one time and switch to scored blaster sessions for an older audience when needed.
